There
is no limit to the number of email addresses you submit, so please complete
a form for each email address you want the messages to be sent to.
Email
addresses will be validated before being added to our list. Current
band members and parents are welcome. Others will receive a request
via email as to the reason you wish to have your email address included
in our normal correspondence. PLEASE NOTE that you will see an entry
on the email to join the Google Groups website, you will not need to
join the website. We will be using the Google groups for email correspondence
and will continue to utilize this website and the district website for
posting.
You will
receive an email message (from Google Groups) at the email address you
supply. The message will be a confirmation that your email address has
been approved and you are now a member of "HBOPA" list. These
steps are being taken to ensure you do not receive any Spam as a result
of submitting your email address via our web site.
